Full planning and design for couples who want the whole wedding handled properly. This covers vendor sourcing, contracts, budget management, the design direction, the production timeline and the running of the day itself. From the moment you say yes to the moment you say I do, the details sit with us.
What is included:
Full wedding planning starts at $8,900. What sits above that depends on guest count, how many days the celebration runs, and how much design and production the event needs. A single-day wedding for eighty at a venue that includes tables and chairs is a different job from a three-event weekend with a built dance floor and imported florals, and it is priced that way.
Fundraisers, holiday parties and team building days for Houston companies and nonprofits. Corporate work has a different pressure to it. There is a board to satisfy, a budget somebody has to defend in a meeting, and a room full of people who will judge the whole organisation on how the evening ran.
We take the venue search, the vendor team, the catering, the production schedule, the run of show and the on-site management. Your team keeps doing its job. Nobody’s executive assistant spends December chasing a linen order.
Typical work includes annual fundraisers and galas, holiday parties, client appreciation evenings, award nights, milestone celebrations and team building days. Corporate events are quoted per event after a scoping conversation, because headcount, venue and production requirements move the number more than anything else does.
Celebrate life’s moments properly. You bring the guests. We design and produce everything else.
We plan birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers, quinceaneras, galas and private events. A fiftieth birthday dinner for thirty and a quinceanera for two hundred are both social events and almost nothing about running them is the same, so pricing is quoted per event.
What these have in common is that the host is usually also a guest, often the guest of honour, or the mother of one. The whole point of hiring us is that you get to be in the room properly rather than watching the door for the caterer.
This one is by referral only, and it is for venues and restaurants rather than for private clients.

We quote per event rather than publishing packages, with the one published floor being $8,900 for full wedding planning. The reason is not mystery pricing. It is that the two numbers that move an event budget most, guest count and production level, are not knowable from a form.
What you can expect: a scoping call, then a written proposal with a fixed planning fee and a clear scope. Vendor costs sit separately and are yours, paid to the vendors, with the schedule managed by us. We do not take commission from the vendors we recommend. When we suggest a florist it is because they are right for your event.
Most enquiries sort themselves out in the first ten minutes of a call, but here is the short version.
If you are getting married and you want one person responsible for the whole thing, that is wedding storytelling. If you already have a venue coordinator, you still want a planner. They are not the same role and the venue coordinator works for the venue.
If the event is being paid for by a company or a nonprofit and somebody will be asked to account for the spend, that is corporate. The reporting and the vendor documentation are built differently.
If it is a family occasion with a guest list, that is social. Size does not decide it. We have done small dinners and we have done galas.
If you own the venue rather than book it, that is consulting, and you will need a referral.
Worth saying plainly, because it saves everyone a call.
We are not a florist, a caterer, an AV company or a rental house. We source and manage those suppliers, and staying independent of them is what lets us put the right one on your event instead of the one we own. We do not take commission from any of them.
We do not sell day-of coordination as a standalone product. There is more on that in the questions below.
We do not do destination weddings outside the United States. Travel within Texas and to neighbouring states is normal for us. Beyond that, ask, and expect an honest answer about whether we are the right studio.
We do not consult for other wedding and event planners, and we do not take marketing clients outside venues and restaurants.
Rasha Design House works as a full planning and design studio, and our wedding service is built that way. A month-of handover means inheriting decisions, contracts and vendor relationships that were made without us, and we have found that is not where we do our best work. If day-of coordination is what you need, tell us and we will point you toward planners in Houston who specialise in it.
Yes. Plenty of couples come to us with a venue and a photographer already signed. We take over the relationship from there, bring in whoever else is needed, and build the timeline around what already exists.
No. We quote a fixed planning fee based on the scope of the work. You always know what our fee is, and it does not go up when your florals do.
It depends on the date and what is already on the calendar. We take a limited number of events each year, so popular Houston dates in spring and autumn go early. Corporate events on shorter notice are often workable. Call rather than email if your date is close.
